The evening will provide families with information about the skilled trades and pathways to careers in the trades and ways in which the Halton District School Board is providing opportunities for students to explore the skilled trades and technologies as a viable destination pathway. Families will also hear from special guests who both work and actively promote students entering these rewarding and challenging career fields including a keynote address by Rokhaya Gueye, Community Coordinator for the Carpenters Regional Council and Ontario Chair of the Sisters in the Brotherhood of Carpenters Union.
